Fleet Deployment is a charter lease program where Delta
Private Jets certifies the aircraft for charter services and assumes all fixed and variable operating costs,
which include crewmember salaries and benefits expense, crewmember
training costs, aircraft hull and liability insurance, hangar space,
consumables (drinks, snacks, supplies, etc.), aircraft cleaning and all
administrative/management costs. In addition, Delta Private Jets will
also pay for all fuel expenses and provide a fixed hourly reimbursement to recover engine reserves and maintenance parts & labor costs.
In return, Delta Private Jets will staff the aircraft
and place in a high utilization charter program with the aircraft
spending most of the time away from base in a floating capacity. In
addition to paying all fixed costs and providing an hourly reimbursement
for maintenance costs, the owner receives an hourly charter usage
payment for each hour flown. With advance notice, Delta Private Jets
will also reposition the aircraft to the owner at no cost for any owner
flight.
