Coming from a career in Part 91 I wasn’t sure if I would like the high demand of Part 135 or the 8/6 schedule. It turns out that I enjoy both. We fly to so many diverse destinations and face unique situations that my knowledge and skills are constantly challenged and improving. In part 91 I had more nights at home but I didn’t have hard days off. At DPJ we work hard for a week and no one bothers us on our week off, which makes for a good work/life balance. All new pay scale launched Summer 2019
Per diem pay of $45 domestic/ $85 international per day while on assignment
Volunteer flying on days off paid at 150% standard day rate
Company covers FAA Medicals and Known Crewmember enrollment
401K match (Company matches 70% of the first 5% of the employee's contribution)
Comprehensive health and insurance coverage

Lifestyle

8 on / 6 off rotations
Home basing. No commuting and no crash pads
Positive space travel to/from aircraft location. Home base must be within 90 minutes drive time of a Delta® served location in the contiguous U.S.
Scheduled PTO based on seniority

Qualifications

Possess an ATP or be eligible to enroll in an ATP CTP program
First Class Medical and valid Passport
Eligible to work in the US
High School Diploma or GED
