A longtime Delta Private Jets veteran and its most avid promoter, Rex is focused on the profitability, margin growth, and liquidity of Delta Private jets while maintaining cost discipline, reinvesting in the business, and developing technology improvements that best serve our clients. Rex leads the finance, information technology, and managed aircraft acquisition functions for Delta Private Jets. Before joining our team, he served as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for GE IT Solutions, a subsidiary of the General Electric Company. There, he oversaw financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, and corporate reporting functions. Rex also led several special projects including software implementations, productivity and restructuring initiatives, and M&A transactions. Prior to joining GE, Rex advised and managed tax restructuring engagements for large private and publicly held companies with KPMG. He also spent time with the Transaction Services division of PwC leading financial due diligence engagements for strategic and financial buyers. Rex holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Santa Clara University and a Master of Accountancy from Miami University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

A dynamic and energizing leader, Lee invests in people--creating superior results for our clients as well as future leaders for Delta Private Jets. Lee is responsible for driving operational excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance across all areas of the business. He oversees all maintenance, flight operations, and system operations related activities for Delta Private Jets and serves as the Director of Maintenance (DOM) for the operating certificate and all regulatory activities. Lee joined Delta Private Jets after spending 26 years at Delta Air Lines, where he served as Vice President of Line Maintenance. There he managed a budget of more than $600 million, oversaw maintenance on nearly 800 aircraft, and had more than 3,800 employees worldwide. Lee led his team to record levels of on-time departures and achieved the lowest cancellation rate for maintenance. Lee also served as Delta's DOM for 10 years. Lee is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served as a B-52 mechanic. He holds an A&P license and an associate’s degree from Louisiana Tech and The Community College of the Air Force. He has also completed Emory University's Executive Development Program at Goizueta Business School.

Kelly is an experienced business leader whose mission is to provide a superior product offering and client experience that genuinely improves our clients’ lives and grows Delta Private Jets' brand and reach. Her focus on growth is second only to her concern for our clients and their overall experience with Delta Private Jets. Kelly leads long-term strategic planning, business development, goal setting and deployment as well as overseeing our sales, marketing and client services functions. Before joining Delta Private Jets, Kelly served as Chief Financial Officer of LogFire, Inc, a global provider of cloud based multi-channel warehouse management, omni-channel fulfillment and in-store inventory management solutions. While there she helped secure a $8.25 million Series A equity investment, expanded the organization’s global footprint, and restructured financial operations to support the growing organization. Kelly also served as “CFO to go” for several organizations, including a national wholesale/retail distribution organization she owned and operated. Kelly began her career as a CPA, working with several CPA firms, including Atlanta-based Aarons, Grant and Habif, LLC, where she became a partner. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Carolina and a Global MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
